Turmeric and its active ingredient Curcumin have been used for thousands of years by health practitioners for inflammatory condition. The biggest challenge has been absorption at a cellular level, which is why many products use black pepper to increase the absorption of the Curcumin.

Dosage:
General: 10 drops a day
Acute: 10 drops, twice daily - morning and evening
Children: 1 drop per year of age (up to 10 drops)
