A multi vitamin and mineral supplement with a comprehensive list of key ingredients but in addition they have added in a number of others including one of my favourites, Gymnema Sylvestre which supports healthy blood sugar levels.
Included with the important B-Vitamins is the active form of B12 (methylcobalamin) and natural Folate (not synthetic Folic Acid).
They have included vitamin K2 as Mena Q7 which is really good to see.
There’s a really good form of Zinc, an appropriate amount of selenium and other important minerals for supporting healthy blood sugar levels including Chromium and Vanadium.
